By attending Night Frights LA, using our website, or submitting content, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms

Night Frights LA is a horror film festival dedicated to showcasing independent and genre-defining films.
Participation is open to filmmakers, industry professionals, and horror fans who adhere to these terms.

2. Film Submissions

Filmmakers retain all rights to their submitted content but grant us a non-exclusive license to exhibit selected works at the festival and in promotional materials.
Submission fees are non-refundable, even if a film is not selected.
Films containing extreme or unlawful content may be disqualified at our discretion.

3. Badge Purchases & Attendance

Badges/Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of festival cancellation.
Attendees must comply with venue policies and applicable laws.
Disruptive behavior, including harassment or unauthorized recording, will result in removal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All Night Frights LA branding, logos, and festival content are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized use of festival materials is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property during the festival.
We are not liable for technical issues affecting film screenings or website functionality.

6. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
